Just as you finish breakfast, experienced US Infantrymen enter into the room! Prepare to learn and enjoy the best experience on “MAKING IT HAPPEN” with TFL’s motivational speakers. This day, you’ll learn how YOUR military can quickly plan and execute any mission. Then post mission, step into a:
C-AAR, CORPORATE AFTER ACTION IMPROVEMENT SESSION (C-PAIS: corp post action improvement session). WE operate in the most hostile environment imaginable, where people are literally trying to kill you. We don’t survive, we thrive! In addition, you will accelerate your THRIVE FACTOR in your market segment. With PEP (Planning Experience Program), you’ll build a real military mission then perform a CPAIS. If time allows we’ll facilitate your team in planning to overcome a current issue in your industry. By ACTUALLY EXECUTING, you’ll implant the combat lessons and apply back in your office within 24 hours!
At 0900 hours, you’ll move your team into the main room. Tunnels of actual camouflage, motivating music and visuals of your nation’s fighting power display flashing across the giant screen. This will be a UNIQUE program, with actionable skills put to use before you leave.
1000 hours you’ll hear a very motivated speaker explaining to you what we have.
Immediately afterward, you’ll breakdown into “platoons” of 15 to use the skills you learned to plan a real military mission. Here you’ll experience the drama of any group, PLUS you’ll get the tools to accelerate the group into a nofail mission planning session. Along the way your TC (Team Confidence) will grow as you overcome huge Challenges – weather, internal politics, vehicle needing fuel, evacuating and replacing wounded comrades, missed supply pickups plus CRs (corporate rivals) waiting to thwart your best plans.
LUNCH with TaskForce LEADERSHIP commanders. Then learn about CPAIS.
1200 – Back to your Platoon rooms to perform CPAIS on your operation and be handed a real world problem to solve.
90 minutes later: Assemble in main room and learn more combat secrets that apply to your world.
2:30 PM: TFL leaves you with actionable LLs (lessons learned) for immediate implementation.
